Our annual events for all ages aim to build community and expand opportunities for worship and fellowship among all members, guests, and visitors. All are welcome to attend.

Martin Luther King Jr. Citywide Jazz Service
 in mid-January.
Interfaith Service for Peace
Annual Meeting and Potluck in late January

Black History Month Celebration on the 3rd Sunday, with presenters and guests from the Portland community

Lenten worship series, including Wednesday evening services preceded by Bible study and a potluck dinner

Sunday School Pageant on Palm Sunday (the Sunday before Easter) 
Seder Dinner on Maundy Thursday
Good Friday service is followed by an all-night candle prayer vigil

Northeast Portland Ecumenical Vacation Bible School, a week of fun and faith-based activities for children from Augustana, Westminster Presbyterian, Grace Memorial Episcopal, Madeleine Parish, and Central Lutheran Church since 1992

Summer in the City outdoor neighborhood celebration, featuring food, crafts, music, and games followed the Jazz Service on the NE Knott Street lawn

Rally Day in early September, launching the Sunday School/Christian Education year
Augustana Auction in late September

Blessing of the Animalson the 1st Sunday of October
Reformation Sunday in late October

All Saints Sunday on the 1st Sunday in November
Intergenerational Advent Festival in late November, with treats, crafts, family yule log building

Rose City Mixed Quartet at the Jazz Service on the 2nd Sunday
Sunday School Christmas Pageant approximately 2 weeks before Christmas
3 Christmas Eve services--7 pm, 9 pm, and 11 pm, with special music at 6:30-7 pm and hymn sing at 10:30-11 pm
1 Christmas Day service--10 am
