Online giving is quick, easy, and secure

Augustana Lutheran Church offers a safe, secure and convenient means of making one-time, weekly, or monthly donations online. We'd like you to consider using this method for your donations to the church.

You may set up one-time or recurring contributions from a credit card, or you can have your contributions withdrawn from your checking account. You have the option of donating to the general operating fund, the building fund, the church van's operation, World Hunger, or Friends in Need. As always your donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Augustana is partnering with Vanco Services to provide this secure service. Vanco Services is the same organization that manages Thrivent Insurance's Simply Giving Program.

Our Mission & Vision

The mission of Augustana Lutheran Church is to witness to the good news of God in Jesus Christ in an inclusive way through a variety of expressions of worship, education, outreach, and fellowship. The mission, while centered in Northeast Portland, includes people all over our city, our state, and our world.

Our congregation has an ongoing comimitment to take positive action in the public forum on local, national, and international issues in support of peace and justice for all people. We serve the poor and vulnerable and strive to live our Christian values as we speak and act on issues that affect people whose voices aren’t readily heard.
